I dunno why i wanna write in this thing, but i do, so i am. Anyway, Christmas was fine, nothing spectacular happened...spent time with the fam, and went to see Mike in MD with Thomas. That was fun though. The town was really a lot bigger than i figured it would be. I think it's the name...Salisbury...it just has a small town feeling name to me..i dunno But anyway, Mike showed us around his humble abode, we got to see his high school, and where he works and we got to meet a lot of this friends. I just wanna say Mike got SO drunk over New Years...it was great. He actually fell on the wall, which i haven't seen him do. While we were getting into the car he asked if he could lick my face...i told him he could after the new year, just so he would shut up and get in the car...I really didn't realize how good of memories drunk people had. haha. oh well. Other than that it was pretty uneventful. Though uneventful by no means equals boring...I had a blast talking to his mom and sister in the mornings before he would wake up...y'all would not imagine all the stuff i found out about Mike. No, i'm only teasing. I found out a few things and saw a ton of adorable pictures but a lot of it i already knew.
Overall it was a really fun trip...except for the car ride back...bleh, 5 hours in a car by myself..i won't do that again unless i have to.
Hm, lets see...otherwise nothins really goin on...semester started...classes...hangin out with Mike and Tauris...watchin movies basically every night unless there is something specific on TV we wanna watch.
Mikes' Grandma had a stroke the other day, which is very sad. She is doing alright, which is awesome! but still. Kinda wakes you up with things like that happen. You gotta live while you have the chance, and love people, whole heartedly while you're here...oh...and when you do love people...freakin tell them. It's nice to be reminded that you're loved sometimes, even when you already know. So, pray for Mike's Grandma that she makes a full recovery!!
Um...Kelly is like, REAL pregnant now. She is SO cute! Things with her are going great, i'm excited about my little neice growing inside her, even though she STILL doesn't have a name! We've kind of temp-named her KJ (Kelly Jr.) but i really think that we're gonna need to come up with a better one before she can actually speak.
She's moving in with my mom now that shes grad-jee-ated (as my mom likes to say) which is a good thing. I think my dad is finally getting a little excited about the baby, whether he wants to admit it or not but Darlene is another story..one that i don't even want to get into cause i'll just get mad. But you know, oh well, lifes too short to worry about people being stupid.
::thinks:: oh yeah, concert band this semester....not as many tubas as i woulda thought, but apparently they added another band. Mike is playing the trumpet which is cute. He looks all serious and turns red so Tauris and I just sit there and giggle at him. Well, i giggle, T would probably perfer it be called chuckling, it's a little more manyl (and we're not laughing at you in a bad way baby! it's cute!)
Hm, i think thats about it. I'm sure i'll think of something else, hopefully not as long winded.
